I had a functional double room with tea and coffee making facilities, the location was beautiful, and it was convenient to pay upfront for everything, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The units are newly remodelled, functional with the bedroom, TV and the shower.

Everything was lovely, and the breakfast was hot at reasonable prices. the location in a domestic area was stunning. - There was the Christmas market and a market nearby. - I greatly enjoyed this hotel and will definitely 

The breakfast here is great, reasonably priced, and served efficiently; the staff are incredibly friendly, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

The breakfast here is delicious and comes with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. 🍳 Its location next to the town centre in North Yorkshire and surrounded by peaceful woodlands gives it a private and relaxing vibe. 

Magnificent remote location so close to the garden, North Yorkshire and Ripon. Some of the staff members were attentive and useful. The breakfast was hot, the best we had in York.

The hotel is relaxing and clean. It offers a lovely view of the garden. - the location is pleasant and really close to York city. - Situated in a great area near a training/conference center and the main Manor House. 

The room was functional and newly renovated. We had an iron with an ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the hotel was in a beautiful location, close to the park n ride. Everything was simply fantastic. 

Good basic hotel with courteous staff and lovely views of the garden. Separate rooms, very very good breakfast. Smooth check-in, pleasant location adjacent to the National Parks and city of York, local town centre,

Outstanding and delightful meals. Comfortable modern and stocked room and clean bathroom with shower facilities, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. Stunning and lovely location in the Lake District and beautiful area. Plus, 10 minutes 

Stunning position in the comfortable area, adjacent to the Lake District as well as the city centre.

The room is spotless and airy with exceptionally comfortable bed. Particularly good location, it's set not far from the Main House, Ripon and lovely gardens and lots of space to enjoy the outdoors.

All the stuff was fairly friendly and amazingly nice, solved my issues.

The location was stunning and lovely, to extensive well kept gardens with easy access to the Christmas market and a market. Our room was comfortable modern with a marvellous view of garden.
